Pure Vanilla Extract from Uganda

Grown on small plots by numerous independent farmers, the vanilla beans used in this extract, although smaller than most, are extremely rich in flavor. Uganda formerly had many British vanilla plantations, but the Adi Amin regime caused tremendous damage to life and property there and ultimately the plantations were abandoned. Now, revitalized, they are producing sensational beans for top-quality extracts.

Our friend Tim, who does all the curing in his facility just outside the capital city of Kampala, supports many farming families. 

When you are making whipped cream, be sure to use some of this Ugandan extract.

• Filtered Water
• Extractives of Vanilla Beans
• One whole Vanilla Bean
• 375 ml. (12.68 oz.) liqueur bottle
• Pour spout with lid
• Wax sealed
