The slopes of the Western Ghats mountains—in the state of Kerala and directly inland from India’s tropical Malabar Coast—are home to some of the world’s finest tea, coffee, and spice plantations as well as vanilla farms. The vanilla beans used in this extract are deep black, sun-cured, and possess intense flavor.

We have a very limited lot of these outstanding quality vanilla beans from a friend who has a long relationship with small curers in this area.

The vanilla beans blended in this extract are Certified NOP Organic.
