This vanilla bean caviar from our friends in Ecuador is sweet, floral, and cured at a lower humidity level than traditional Tahitensis vanilla from Tahiti. Caviar is the interior seeds that are removed from the vanilla bean.

This Ecuadorian caviar has delicate notes of stone fruits such as cherry, plum, apricot, and more. The Ecuador Tahitensis Vanilla Beans are considered to be a delicacy adored by chefs around the world.

Growing elevation: 400 meters
