These rare Brazil Bahiana Vanilla Beans are packed with flavor. Grown in the Atlantic Rainforest (Mata Atlântica) on the East coast of Brazil, they are very hard to come by so it is always exciting when we can share them with our customers. Short, fat, plump, and bursting with rich vanilla aroma. 

Growing elevation: 100-150 meters

Tasting notes: rich creamy vanilla with subtle spice notes.
