Brazil - Planifolia Vanilla Beans - Certified Organic

One of our new suppliers out of Brazil has some wonderful vanilla varieties. These particular beans are vanilla Planifolia grown in the Atlantic Rainforest (Mata Atlântica) on the East coast of Brazil on several family farms. 

Growing elevation: 100-150 meters

Tasting notes: sweet creamy vanilla with notes of mocha, caramel, dried fruit, and wood.
