Papua New Guinea (PNG) - Tahitensis Vanilla Beans

Grown in one of the last uncharted countries of the world, in a wild and pristine area that has a perfect climate and rainfall for growing vanilla, these are Tahitensis variety Papua New Guinea (PNG) - Tahitensis Vanilla Beans (a hybrid of both Tahitensis and Planifolia vanilla beans). Believe it or not, how they came about is still a mystery to botanists. These particular vanilla beans are from the East Sepik Province.

These vanilla beans are highly sought after, of phenomenal quality, and one of our personal favorites.

Tasting notes: sweet rich vanilla aroma with subtle notes of caramel, chocolate, cherries
