One of the rarest vanilla beans available. Mexico - Pompona Vanilla Beans are believed to be "the" original vanilla bean. Due to the difficulty procuring these beans that are grown in the Veracruz region, we seldom can keep them in stock. These beauties are earthy, plump, and cured to perfection.

Growing elevation: 100-300 meters

Tasting notes:  rich and sweet with subtle notes of chocolate, figs and cinnamon
