One of our key suppliers out of Brazil has some wonderful vanilla varieties. These particular ones are the vanilla Planifolia. We are excited to feature these wonderful Brazil Planifolia Vanilla Beans grown in the Amazon rain forest on a number of family farms. 

Growing elevation: 1000-1500 meters

Tasting notes: sweet creamy vanilla with notes of mocha, caramel, dried fruit, and wood.
