Pure Vanilla Extract from Vanuatu

The island nation of Vanuatu is located in the South Pacific, near Fiji. It has near-perfect growing conditions, rich volcanic soils, and farmers who are passionate about vanilla. 

Our grower/curer works with hundreds of farmers spread over dozens of islands to bring us some of the finest and plumpest vanilla beans we have seen. These beautiful beans go into our small batch, pure vanilla extract. The extract flavor is as incredible as the beans.
