This Brazil Bahiana certified organic pure vanilla extract is packed with flavor. These are some of the rarest vanilla beans on the face of the earth.  Grown in the Atlantic Rainforest area (Mata Atlântica) on the East coast of Brazil, they are very hard to come by so it is always exciting when we can share them with our customers. Short, fat, plump, and bursting with rich vanilla aroma. 

Growing elevation: 100-150 meters

Tasting notes: rich creamy vanilla with unique subtle spice notes.
