One of the finest vanilla bean suppliers in the world. These particular beans are vanilla Planifolia grown in the Atlantic Rainforest (Mata Atlântica) on the East coast of Brazil on several family farms.  The beans are exquisite - fully mature and loaded with vanillin crystals.

Growing elevation: 100-150 meters

Tasting notes: sweet creamy vanilla with notes of mocha, caramel, dried fruit, and wood.
