Congo - Pure Vanilla Extract 2X

Double fold pure vanilla extract — twice the vanilla bean per gallon as our 1X —
made from a blend of Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania and Uganda grown
and cured vanilla beans. Blending three neighboring African origins gives this
extract more depth than any one of them carries alone. Double fold is built for
production batches, frozen desserts, and anywhere vanilla gets diluted or baked
off.
