Mayotte is an archipelago in the Indian Ocean between Madagascar and the coast of Mozambique. There are just a few vanilla plantations on this small island. These Mayotte Planifolia Vanilla Beans are smaller and dryer (Extract Grade), which is perfect if you wish to make vanilla extract.
