Niue Tahitensis vanilla beans have arrived and are wonderful. This very small island nation in the middle of the South Pacific grows and cures some truly special vanilla. The variety grown here is Tahitensis.

Growing elevation: 10-40 meters

Tasting notes: fruity notes with hints of tart plum and dried cherries.
