Due to the difficulty in procuring these beans that are grown in the San Martin region of Peru, we seldom can keep these Peru - Pompona Vanilla Beans in stock. They have a delightful vanilla, raisin and fig aroma. These monsters are plump and cured to perfection!  Our extract brings these vanilla beans to a perfect place where you can add the extract to any and all your cooking.

Growing elevation: 1000 meters

Tasting notes:  sweet vanilla aroma with subtle complex notes of cherries, figs, chocolate, cinnamon, and raisins
