Dominican Republic - Planifolia Vanilla Beans

These are some beautiful vanilla beans from a small grower in the eastern mountains of the Dominican Republic.  These beans are very fragrant, but differ from most all Planifolia vanillas in that they have a very floral and fruity aroma.

Growing elevation: 200-300 meters
