These vanilla beans from our new friends in Ecuador are sweet, floral, and cured at a lower humidity level than traditional Tahitensis vanilla from Tahiti.

These beans have a beautiful, oily sheen and aromas with delicate notes of stone fruits such as cherry, plum, apricot and more. The Ecuador Tahitensis Vanilla Beans are considered to be a delicacy adored by chefs around the world.

Growing elevation: 400 meters

Tasting notes: fruity smooth vanilla aroma with subtle notes of apricots.
