Haiti - Planifolia Vanilla Beans

Haiti, one of the most unstable, poor and violent countries in the world is growing vanilla Planifolia.  And, these Planifolia vanilla beans are from a very small grower/curer in a remote area of the country.  Thankfully, they have found a way to avoid the strife and grow and cure their vanilla.  Our job, is to support them.  It took a long time, but DHL flights just resumed and we now have some in stock for you.  Although these are dryer than most vanilla beans, they have wonderful flavor and will make an outstanding vanilla extract.

Growing elevation: 100-250 meters
