New Caledonia - Planifolia Vanilla Beans

The French territory of New Caledonia in the South Pacific produces some of the very finest vanilla beans on earth. These particular beans have been cured and conditioned for almost a year and are covered with vanillin crystals.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.  Our grower/curer is passionate about his vanilla and it shows!

Growing elevation: 200-300 meters

Tasting notes: coated with vanillin crystals.  Bold and rich with hints of dark chocolate and caramel.
