Costaricensis is another vanilla hybrid from Costa Rica. Very unique and rare.  Great care and dedication goes into the farming and curing of these vanilla beans which results in unparalleled quality and unique flavor. 

Growing elevation: 400-500 meters

Tasting notes: mocha, caramel, figs, raisins, dark cacao
