Brazil - Chamissonis Vanilla Beans - Certified Organic

The rarest and most massive vanilla beans we have ever seen. Brazil Chamissonis Vanilla Beans are found only in the Atlantic Rainforest (Mata Atlântica) on the East coast of Brazil. These monster beans are bursting with a powerful vanilla aroma and are over twice the size of the giant Peruvian Pompona vanilla beans.

Growing elevation: 100 -150 meters

Tasting notes: very strong sweet vanilla aroma with fruity and smokey notes.
