Grown and cured in the heart of Mexico’s original vanilla region of Veracruz, these Mexico - Planifolia Vanilla Beans are some of the largest Planifolia beans we’ve seen in 25 years. They are magnificent monsters, cured to perfection.

Veracruz vanilla has a marvelous flavor and is unique due to the area's climate and soil conditions. It is a perfect ingredient for your baking masterpieces.
