Grown and cured in the State of Oaxaca, these Mexico - Planifolia Vanilla Beans are much different in flavor profile than your typical Veracruz vanilla bean.  This is Mexico's southern most commercial growing region.

Oaxaca vanilla has a marvelous flavor and is unique due to the area's climate and soil conditions. It is a perfect ingredient for your baking masterpieces.

Growing elevation: 50-300 meters

Tasting notes: sweet and wood vanilla aroma with notes of cloves and nutmeg
