These incredible Pompona vanilla beans are from our dedicated friend and grower in New Caledonia.  These are extremely rare, picked at absolute maturity and then cured for almost a year!  Although expensive, they are world class and extremely rare.

Growing elevation: 30-200 meters

Tasting notes: strong fig, cherries and raisins
